30 Days of X

A multi-volume learning series: independent, expert-ordered paths you can take one at a time (or in any order you choose). Each volume is a self-contained ~30-day intensive sprint. More volumes can be added later without redesigning the others.

Current volumes

Volume Focus Start here Baseline / notes
1 — Go Language → concurrency → services → production Overview · Syllabus Go 1.26.x
2 — Nix & NixOS Foundations → flake host → packaging → fleet Overview · Syllabus Nix 2.34.x · NixOS 26.05
3 — Maths Number sense → algebra → discrete math → applied Overview · Syllabus Pen/paper first

This is a study series notebook, not a certification product and not a prescribed daily timetable. How you schedule hours is yours. This book holds the volume spines only — no links out to other monorepo books.

Note

Start with How this series works.
Each volume’s contract is its Syllabus. Pick one volume at a time unless you deliberately juggle.

Design goals

  • Volumes are separate. No volume requires another.
  • Expert order inside each volume. Gates beat calendars.
  • No interlinks to other monorepo books from this series (and no required bridges between volumes).
  • Syllabus before chapters.
  • Series can grow (content/04-…).
  • Intensive 30-day sprints. Three original 90-day chapters combined into each daily session for accelerated learners.

What “done” looks like

Per volume: that volume’s exit criteria and capstone.
