Theory: Analysis is a Predicate on Metrics Over a Window

AnalysisTemplate defines queries and success/failure conditions. Inline analysis blocks a step; background analysis can abort later.

Invariants

1. Prometheus is an oracle, not the rollout controller.
2. Failure conditions should be monotonic enough to trust.
3. Automatic abort is the point; otherwise it is a dashboard.
